The perfect costume for a young princess who dreams about floating through the air.
The bodice is light blue velour with precious pink flowers. The skirt is pastel mint and blue panels of chiffon-like antron nylon which covers the leotard-like bottom. Silvery sequins frame the waist and neckline. The elastic of the sequined shoulder straps have not faired so well - perhaps the atmosphere close to the clouds...A loving mother used bra elastic and safety pins to help it weather the storm (easily replaced with new elastic).
